This lovely Northstar home has four bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 guests. The open living/dining area is dominated by a rock fireplace, perfect for gathering apres ski and a flat screen tv. An extra plus to this home is that you can ski down right to the front door (weather permitting). Great spot for a couple of active families. Master bedroom has a king feather bed with jaccuzi tub and tv, the second bedroom has a queen and the other two bedrooms each have a twin bed and bunk bed. There is also a sofa bed in the den upstairs that also has a flat screen tv. Wireless internet connection is available and free unlimited long distance. This home was recently remodeled with a new bathroom, a new larger kitchen with cherry wood cabinets, granite counter tops and new appliances, plus new living room furniture.
Northstar-at-Tahoe is the most complete summer and winter destination resort located in the picturesque Sierra Nevada Mountains.
Winter activities at Northstar include the new Lookout Mountain offering acres of new terrain for skiers and snowboarders including a Terrain Park and Super Pipe. There is a cross-country center, snow tubing park, ice skating, restaurants, bars, retail shops, equipment rental shops, and licensed day care. In the winter the recreation center offers the spa, Jacuzzi, game room, gym, lap pool, and library.
Summer activities include a champion 18-hole golf course and golf pro, tennis day and night, tennis pro available for lessons, rolling skating, mountain bike trails including chair lift to take you to the top, and equestrian center with great trails for horse back riding. Lap pool and junior Olympic-size swimming pool, kids camp, play area, gym, and game room all within the recreation center.
You are only six miles from Lake Tahoe where you can find boating, jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking, shopping, and sightseeing activities.
